I quite like Mr. Ryan Holmes´ approach! It is entirely unorthodox and shows his pragmatism just as well as a caring and thoughtful employer engagement!
Nevertheless looking at it from my systemic point of view as a physician and executive coach I dare to say that this is a purely symptomatic treatment!
I think in fact it would be wise to challenge the modern paradigm or paradox:
There is not enough work that is why we have to work harder. It creates the lack of sleep situation and makes such solutions necessary!
